A/N: Hello, I’m eating an apple! Yum yum! Also got some cheddar and crackers! Mmmm. I like food, don’t you? Getting ready to write the new chapter, I’ve been taking notes over the week for this one and future chapters. Hope the last two have been entertaining. Sorry if there was any confusion in dialogue or separation of dream/reality. I tried doing the dotted line thing and whatever I did in the editing process, didn’t show up on the site. I dunno what happened but I’ll definitely work on it from now on! Thanks to everyone so far for the reviews and adds! Hee hee! You’re the ones that help me out the most. Final Fantasy VII: Lover's Sacrafice

Chapter Three: The Ludacris afternoon

The read-head was sweating nervously. She didn't expect Momoko to be so curious on why she was so late. She has been late before but she's making such a big deal out of it.

"So...who did you meet?!" Momoko got deeper into the convernsation. "I just met a guy that's all." Maiya didn't want to get specific or give out any details. She was afraid the over-enthusicasic girl would spread it around the school.

"Come on, Maiya, I don't want you to leave out any deatils! You didn't even give me any!" she jumped up and down very excitedly. "I don't think it's a good idea..."Maiya muttered and sighed seeing that she's already hyper-active. "Now you're just being selfish." the girl with violet hair pouted. She gave Maiya the 'pretty please' look. Maiya hates when she does that it's annoying and it always seem to work.

"Stop staring at me like that.."the girl's face began to get puffy. Momoko would still give her the fake pitiful look.

"Fine!" Maiya groaned with annoyace in her voice. "I met a guy named Zack Fair when I was on my way to school!" she blurted out. Maiya coverd her mouth in embarressment. Surely enough probobly the whole school heard her...

"What?!! You got to meet Zack Fair?! That's so cool! No girl has ever had a chance of seeing him!!" Momoko gasped in envy. Maiya tried to get the girl to be quiet. She was yelling to loud. Her loud convernsation still resumed. Maiya sighed as the girl finished.

"What's wrong Maiya?" The girl with the ponytail asked. "Just great.." Maiya had numerous of sweat drops slowly went down the girl's face. Doors from classrooms swung open. It was invaded with so many girls chanting Zack's name. They were coming her way while Momoko decided to join the crowd to find and 'hunt' Zack.

"Ahh!! What in the world are you doing, Momo!" the red-head hollered as she crambled through the hallways trying to aviod the crazy fangirls. She reached the point where she couldn't run any further. She was pating and breathing furiously. though she was fortunate she was far. She heard a familiar voice whispear out her name.

"Hi Maiya." a young boy's voice called. Maiya jumped from being startled. She quickly turned around and saw that it was Zack. She sighed with relief. It seems that he just came from the boys' bathroom.

"Oh Zack! I'm so glad to see you! Maiya took a deep breath.

"Glad to see you to." the boy smiled. You seem like you're in big trouble from the looks of it. You seem like you were running..What's going on?." He looked at the worn out girl in front of him.

"Now that you've mentioned it..you're into alot of trouble if you don't run soon!" she panicked as she tugged on the boy's arm. "Huh? what are you talking about?" Zack looked at her puzzled. Maiya shook a little when she heard female vocies. "There he is!" Dang it not them!" Zack complained like a little boy. The girls did their fan scream. "Get him!" cried a girl with blond hair.

"Crap!" Zack cursed under his breath as he sprinted. "Hey, wait for me!" the girl with crimson hair followed him.

The girls resumingly chased Zack. "I'm going to seriously be late for class if they don't stop this!" Zack whined. "Hey, didn't I warn you earlier to run?!" Maiya called out to him. "Well, why didn't you be more specific?!" Zack argued. "How was I supposed to know?!" Maiya hollered as they kept running. Zack just ignored her for now. All his mind was on now was getting away from the girls.

"Geez...Momo is so crazy. She'd rather join the 'fan girls' to get Zack to herself then helping me?! That's so unfair" She whined in her mind.

Zack and Maiya slowed down when they saw the princapal's door. Though Zack was not fortunate. Momoko tackled him to the ground! "Get this crazy girl off of me!" Zack pleaded as he struggled.

"Momo, what the freak?!" Maiya fiercly pulled her off of Zack.

"I knew you wanted Zack to yourself Maiya." Momoko still gripped on to Zack. Momoko's voce sounded strange like she's sick.

"What in the world are you talking about?! Plus why are you talking like that?!" she pulled Momoko off.

The other girls was about to attack poor Zack but he quiclky hid behind his 'bodyguard.'

Maiya tore her attention off the girls and to the doorknob of the princapal's door as it turned;

Every single one of them gasped it swung open slowly revealing a squinted-looking woman.

"What is the meaning of this?!" She shouted as Zack and the girls was startled by the stormy voice as it shouted brutally. The crowd was quiet.

"No awnser?! Detention to all of you!" the cold woman screamed. They all graoned especially Zack and Maiya. The woman looked at Maiya ashamely which casued the girl to swallow really hard.

"I'm very disapointed in you. I expected much better from an A+ student." the woman sighed.

"I guess so.." Maiya felt alot of guilt and sighed in embaressment.

In Detention...

Detention was a small room; Zack was sitting next to Maiya while all the girls stared at him dreamingly which casued Zack to shiver. He banged his head on the table numerous of times to calm himself down. Maiya almost drifted to sleep with nothing to do. Zack was the only boy in detention. Not only that, Maiya crimson short unruly hair was a mess as if she currently had awoken.

"Maiya you're next!" the stormy voice lightned her up.

The exausted girl walked slowly to the phone and took deep breaths before dialing the number to her house.

"Uh.. hi mom..." The girl could only say a few words.

"Maiya, sweety why are you still at school? What's going on?" the woman wanted to know.

"I'm--I'm in detention.." Maiya whimpered.

She expected her mother to go berserk, angry, upset and say something like 'You're grounded!'

The phone was silent for a minute or two. The gasp from Soko interupted the silence.

"You're in detention?! How did this happen?" Yura demanded.

"Let me just say a huge group of goofy girls was banging on my freind then I had to come to the rescue." Maiya bit her lower lip.

"Maiya--"

"I know mom, I should stay out of problems but I really wanted to help my freind out. If grounding me solves the problem then I guess I am." the girl interepted woman's response. Yura could not believe it, Maiya was taking her responsibilty like a grown woman.

"Don't worry...you're not grounded..." Yura's voice sounded sarcastic. I'll pick you up soon; okay?"

"Okay, thanks mom! Oh I almost forgot..can you pick up my freind to please?" Maiya glanced at Zack.

"Well, alright. But If he or she is a problem then NO way." Yura slowed down on the syllabols.

"Don't worry, he's great." Maiya sounded confident.

"Okay, bye honey." Yura made kissy sounds on the phone. Maiya replied back with embaressment and hung up the phone.

Maiya sat back down as he princapal called another girl up.

"My parents are going to be so mad if they find out I'm in detention again. They would ground me for life!" Zack felt so guilty.

"Well my mom said she's going to us up." Zack's freind sighed. "This whole situation is my fault. I should tell your parents that if they ask. I'm really sorry--"

"Why are you apoligizing? You tried to help me out of this situation Zack tried to courage her.

"Yeah but if I didn't tell Momoko about you, none of this would have happened..." the girl dropped her head in remorse and stared ashamely at her feet.

"Why do you have to be so hard on yourself?" the boy with raven hair looked at her pitifully.

"I should be, I always seem to get people into trouble.." the girl, Maiya blamed herself again.

"Okay Maiya, maybe it was being selfish of me to get againts you." the girl with violet hair sighed.

"It'a alright Momo;" Maiya excepted her apologie and gave her a freindly smile.

"I'm glad you forgive me, However...Zack is still mine!!" the girl hissed wickedly as she was about to attack poor Zack.

"This girl seriously scares me!" Zack used his backpack to sheild himself.

"Momoko, stop it." Maiya commanded her immediately.

"Fine.." Momoko pouted like a little girl.

"Wow! Is Maiya the only girl who doesn't go all crazy on me?!" Zack laughed nervously in his thoughts.

Not so long after; the woman started announcing students to pick up.

"Who's Kagura?" she woman called out.

"Oh that's me 'mam!" Maiya quckly grabbed her backpack and headed out the entrance as she waited for Zack.

"Phew! I'm so glad to be out! You're not going to tell my parents are you?" Zack was a little worried.

"Me to. Plus, I'm not going to. Though I hope my mom is not mad at me.." Maiya felt guilt again. She felt her face heat up as she spotted her mother's car.

"Ehhehe...Hi mom. Maiya greeted her nervously.

"Remember Maiya you're not in trouble." The beautiful woman hummed. Maiya sighed in relief.

"Now I know where she got those beautiful green eyes from..." Zack thought as he noticed the resemblance.

Maiya's attention was caught when the left side of the window in the back seat was rolled up.

"Oh my god, why did you have to bring him Maiya?!" Soko's voiced echoed in the parking lot. Maiya was about to reply to the rude boy's response but got cut oof my Yura's.

Zack sighed. "Here we go again.."

"Soko..what did I tell you about swearing on God's name?" she looked at the boy with a frown.

Zack and Maiya chuckled as Soko apoligized.

"Oh, Maiya please introduce me to your freind. He has such beautiful eyes." Yura complimented.

"My name is Zack, Ms. Kagura." Zack smiled at the compliment.

"Nice to meet you Zack, but please call me mom from now on." she grined.

"Mooom..." Maiya was embaressed.

"Don't worry, Maiya my parents are worse." he whispeared and chuckled as they both entered the car. Maiya couldn't help but laugh to.

Soko was so annoyed by Zack's attention.

Yura started the engine. "Mother, can Zack please come to out house for a little bit?"

"Okay, but at 6:30 he has to leave."

"Awsome!" Maiya cheered.

Soko banged his head againts the car window three times.

"What's wrong with him?" Zack looked at Soko puzzled.

"Let me just say that he's high.." Maiya joked. Zack laughed so hard.

"This is going to be the waorst day of my life.." Soko muttered in his mind with disgust.

Ok! Third one up! What do you think? I wonder…what should happen next? This one took me a little longer to write obviously! A lot longer than the last two chapters. I had a lot of fun writing this one! During the humorous parts and the girls torchoring poor Zack.. XD part of the story, I listened to the Black Mages version of the battle theme from final fantasy VII! Haha. It was quite entertaining.

I’ll try to get the next one posted quickly. Once again, I like reviews! Oh…I ran out of cheddar...
